    Smooth Scrolling of 2D Image/Text

We are looking for a developer who can code and compile a commandline-driven executable for Mac & Windows for use in a teleprompting system that is capable of the following:

    - smoothly scrolling a large image or text field without “hiccups” or “jerkiness” - must be perfectly smooth motion

    - “flipping” an image or text field so that it is “mirrored” (reads right to left)

    - must run on 99% of Macs or PCs, including netbooks:
    - Windows XP
    - Vista
    - Windows 7
    - OS X 10.4 - 10.7

It doesn’t matter what language the executable is programmed in as long as it can receive some simple commands (load text, start scrolling, faster, slower) and send back some simple commands to the host application.

If you are capable of building and compiling this commandline driven executable, please let us know and we can schedule a brief phone call to answer any questions you might have.

If not, and you can refer us to some developers that you’d recommend working with, we would be grateful.

    Thanks!
