    Basically it needs to be this layout (same as website, just extra width)

    The links that normally appear in the header (logout, pms etc) could you do them with the rollovers I currently have? As for the content go with whatever looks ok and tag the CSS so I can change it.. is that ok?

    Yes - Fixed width (the banner background needs to run 100% the same as the main website)
