simple upload and link return script w/registration

    1) Project Details:
    • I am looking for someone to build an upload form with linking instructions after upload completes.
    • Users need to sign up or login to upload.
    • The form must have captcha and a few fields then all info to be saved to txt db.
    • eg .txt db: username|fileurl|ect

    2) Payment Amount:
    • Total budget is $100

    3) Payment method:
    • payment made to paypal or epassporte upon completion.

    4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders):
    • The script is going to be hosted on a yahoo server, so limitations on upload timout will apply.
    • A well presented form would be nice.
    • Script must be secure.

Please contact me via pm or messenger flvdump@yahoo.com

Also After this script is built more additions will be needed so more chances to earn some more cash.

    Thanks.

does it have to be if you cant view the text files that store the information?,but if you need it to be mySQL then i guess I can change it .

Also can I use .htaccess files (if you have Apache server environment) to prevent the php from killing the upload?
