    I liked the site.

I clicked on "Hot Jobs" . I would give it more color. I think it had too much grey.

    Other then that, great job.

Nice site. However I think I found a crucial flaw - I hit the Submit button on your Contact Us page with no info in any of the fields, and it told me that the feedback was sent. Make sure that you have input validation for that page - it's very important! I actually noticed this after I typed out the below suggestions, and chose to put this part first in this post because it is the most important. Never trust user input! Make sure what they're putting in is valid information.

One thing that bothers me, though, is how when I scroll over the buttons on the left side of your homepage, the button turns white (the same color as the background). Maybe I'm just being nitpicky, but I would change either the background color of the page, or the hover color of the buttons (the latter would be my recommendation). A dark gray color instead of white or possibly a top-to-bottom gradient would look nicer in my opinion.

The descriptions for the postings are wordy, and because of the spacing in the actual post, the description is mashed together. Because of this, it looks like a short paragraph that is missing periods. I would either customize that detail part to include vital things such as the experience requirements and whether it's a position or internship (users like to have all the details they want on one page), or remove the extra info altogether. I would strongly recommend the first option, though.

If you don't like this option, another idea is to have a requirement that the first part of the posting must be a description of the job. It looks just fine for your Media and Production Intern posting, but not so much for the Production Coordinator posting.
