    Design and usability

I am working at TheRealer.com as Web Designer and sometimes as Software Developer.

So, I was wondering if I could get any feedback on my work and any advice on where to look to improving it. I'm looking also for feedback on usability.

Can't view it at all in IE7 .

Also, http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=Th...Inline&group=0 - quite a lot of markup errors.

    Why are you using IE7?

Was at work, on an old machine.

It is not unusual for IE7 users, even now. There are also still IE6 users. I refer you to here:

To simply write off IE7 isn't a terribly wise move, even though most people don't use it anymore. It's still industry standard to have IE7 compatibility.

just had a quick look at this site - the first thing that strikes me is that the text is not grammatically correct - if you are wanting users from english as a first language countrries then this is the first thing to fix!
