    Review my new hosting company

    Hey there,

I have just launched a new hosting company that me and a few other web designers have been working on.

I would like to know your opinions, and what we can do to improve the site, and our overall service.

    Thanks in advance!

I don't like the slideshow on the front page, I can't quite put my finger on why. I think it might be too distracting, the information could be presented all at once and not make the user sit through to see it all.

You also don't list what features your hosting supports and on what platform it runs on.

You forgot to specify a page background color. My custom yellowish browser background color doesn’t quite match the white at the bottom of the header graphic.

Also I kind of agree with oracleguy. Moreso I think the entire home page is a little short of information and looks like you didn’t know what to put there so you filled the space with some big graphics just to fill the space. While I think many of the bigger hosting companies have too generic designs and are filled with too much info yours is the exact opposite of that.

The slideshow on your home page doesn’t add any information except the price and 24 hour support. So this is kinda useless in my opinion because people don’t go to your site to look at nice images but to get information. So think about something more informative than “UK hosting done right”.

Also, your contact page is kinda screwed up. Looks like a nesting error (at least) in the HTML.
