    Please review gamestoenjoy.com

    Hi,

My site is for free online games.
The platform I used was Joomla 1.5
This is the first site I worked with Joomla, and I like it a lot.

I would like to hear what you think about it.
    Do you like the design?
    What about the technical side?
    What should be improved?
    Any comments will be welcomed.

    The site: Games to Enjoy

    Thanks in advance

My first reaction was that it looked like a "search" site that you would encounter on a parked domain--i think this is partly because of the amount of ads on the site.

Also, there are a lot of validation errors--though I'm not sure how Joomla works and it may be tough to fix these.

    Hi tspek,

I agree that some content is missing and I will add more,
however basically online games site contains a lot of links to games and categories.
If you can give more details I will be happy to hear.
Regarding the validation errors I think it is probably related to Joomla, however I tested it on EI and Firefox and on both it works fine.

I added some content and made some improvments,
so the site will be more exciting and fun.
Please send me your comments about it.
    Does it look better now?
    What else can be improved?

    Thank You

It looks pretty good to me! I really like the idea of the information icon (that you hover over). I think you might want to change the positioning on them though - they seem to close to the names of the games. Maybe instead of having the icon there, you can take out the icon make it so you only hover over the actual name of the game to get the information.

    First thank you.

I agree that the information icons are too close to the names,
and I will add some space between them.

I prefer to keep the information icons because to me it seems very clear that hovering over it will provide information about the game. Hovering over the name is not so clear to get information.

I would appropriate any additional feedback.

think its more userfriendly with them there tbh.

firstly, id place random games in a horitontal line under the navigation and remove your 2 navigation bars they put the whole design slanted.

banner area - change banner to white and align the hippo/ text left to be inline with the far left nav menu.

position TOP GAMES and Poll side by side

and instead of listin Actiongames/ stratagey etc. have 3/4 images side by side with no margin that represent each catagorie
eg; horror - resident evil picture

I replaced the ugly green color in the header with nicer color, and placed the hippo in line with the text.
A lot of space was freed by this.
Also improved the text of the logo by replacing it with 3D image.

lookin better buddy, how about having the "new games" box etc align left and match the background of the table a little more with the header or move the leftand right navigations next to them wud really straighten the layout out a bit better

The right slide column should be more centerlise. looks like it's a huge wide page that is align to the left.
