You haven't got any Doctype and the site is built using tables... But ALSO using CSS?

Don't like the whole white-line-going-half-way-up-the-navbar thing as a separator, I thought it was something that you did wrong when I seen it.

    You should change that.

You also don't have a favicon.

The color choice seems a little bland also.

I hate your background color. I realize it matches your header, but I'd rather see a white background than that color.

I like the job you've done with SEO. Good

I would also agree that you need to get away from the use of tables. Your pages will load much faster as a result, plus it's simply a better solution.

I think overall you've done a good job. The relevant content is easy to find, and the site is not displeasing to look at. Nothing makes me say "Wow!", but nothing makes me sick either. You've just won half the battle.

the background color seems to be pale and not attractive. the blue color is outstanding. overall your site looks good and has some info with it.
