I don't like the flash animation header, it just feels tacky.

I don't know if the latest news is supposed to be so narrow but it is for me. It seems too cramped.

There is also no title defined in your title tag.

Oh I never though of that, I suppose I could make it a little wider on the home page

Not sure what you mean by the title tag. The page title is at the top of the windows window.

I'm not a fan of audio on page load. I know it's in the Flash. Still not my preference, though.

The text blocks are oddly arranged. Can't really tell that the page has any overall design pattern or scheme because of that.

The text in the Strategies and Solutions boxes should probably fit more neatly under their graphics. As it is, it kind of resembles an ungroomed bikini line - stuff hanging a bit too far outside the lines, you know.

    Technical:
    - I don't like the music onload
    - Link your validation buttons to the direct validation page:
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=ht...cetotal.co.uk/ and http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/v...cetotal.co.uk/. BTW great job on having a valid site!
    - Good form validation

    Design:
    - The logo is a little big
    - The design looks a little...jumbled. Just with boxes of content all over the place. I guess I would prefer a few organized columns of content instead of a bunch of small amounts spread over the page.

I actually had my headphones in my hand when I loaded it up. When they started vibrating I threw it away. Audio without consent = bad.
I agree with binary on the organization. Perhaps you should rethink it. It would also look nicer if the gradient didn't go to white right at the end: it should end in blue.

Off topic: I have just discovered that quotes do not count towards the actual character count.

    Here's some feedback...

    Banner:

    - Colors are ok but would be be better if there was some images that give a visual clue about what the business does
    - Get rid of the music and definitely loose the audio player - it makes the site look like it some type of music distribution site
    - Don't like the flash animation - I would position a simple easy to read logo in stead

    Layout:
    - The content is too randomly placed and needs a more simple structure
    - Too many box styles & headings
    - The validation logos should not be on the home page - most people don't have any idea what they are so they are a distraction

    Cheers

I wouldn't hire you. Your site looks a little amateurish and the graphics aren't that great. Why on earth would you charge so much for a drupal or joomla installation when its just download, upload and install.

Cleaner than before. No music == good. No wiggly, animated logo == good. The pigoens frighten me.

Your wrapper div is 1004px wide, but your banner is only 100px. 4px gap on the right side.

There's a light blue underline when hovering your navs in FF, but not in IE6/7. Maybe about 5px thick.

Google for iepngfix for code to make your png image transparency work in IE6.

In IE6, the Nigerian flag in over on the left side to the right and below the Brit flag. I'm wondering if it's a float clearing issue.

You submit button on the contact page has a border that may be unintentional due to the transparent corners of the png.

I don't like the hover function on the navbar, the underline drops down too far.

Haven't read much of the previous replies -- maybe that makes me less biased

    - Header image on top looks amateur and is too big for my settings. I'd like to see the content higher up on the screen.

    - Try putting "taking you beyond your peak" in your header image and removing that entire line from the body of the page. If you're trying to push a slogan, keep it in the image that recurs throughout the site.

    - In your header image and copyright you're "E-Commerce", but in the <title> and around the site you're "Ecommerce". I'd try to be consistent - especially with your own name.

    - Why pigeons on the main page? I understand you'd like to show off some photography/graphics, but you might want to go with something a little more abstract.

    - Footer bg color doesn't feel right. Also try smaller country flag logos. What are they there for anyway?

    - I was hoping to see a sample of the Java app you made for Cairn. Maybe you can provide a demo of your capabilities?

Hopefully this can get you in the right direction.
