    404 error page header showing as 200 status

    I thought I would share a solution I just implemented. If you are using a Godaddy custom error page it might up as 200 instead as 404 in the header. This is especially true if you use 404.html as they suggest. Solution? Create a page 404.php with below snippet. Problem solved!

    Code:
    <?php
       header("HTTP/1.0 404 Not Found");
    ?>
    <html>
    <head>
    <meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow">
    <TITLE>Page Not Found</TITLE>
    </head>

    bla bla
