PHP Mail and Bounced emails
I've managed to use PHP Mail to send HTML email out using a real email. The only problem I have is when the email is incorrect, I dont get any bounced mail to my POP account.
Anyone have any ideas why?
Also is it possible to collect bounced emails using PHP code and how?

you need to specify a Return-path header if you want to collect the returns somewhere , remembering that some SPAM filters will not return mail if they think it is SPAM.
as for checking the returned mail via PHP , check out the imap functions
MVC is the current buzz in web application architectures. It comes from event-driven desktop application design and doesn't fit into web application design very well. But luckily nobody really knows what MVC means, so we can call our presentation layer separation mechanism MVC and move on. (Rasmus Lerdorf)
