    auto submit a form

I thought I saw this here before, but couldn't find it, sorry.

I need to submit a form upon entering a page. The user filled all the fields for the form out on the previous page, and the information was sent to this page via "post."

I don't see the point in that if you can use PHP and append the variables to the querystring and then redirect to the page that the form posts to, but here it is

(one of many methods i suppose)

I see what you're saying. I didn't know you could do a meta redirect to a cgi script, but I'll try it.

Update: when I tried passing the variables through a querystring, I got an error from the cgi script that attempted to process the form on the following page. However, the onLoad method that you linked to worked just fine. Thanks!
