    Page creator for users

Hey i am making a new page and i need some help. I need a option to create a new page on the server with a template and external files adjusted after what the user wants. It will make a clock that counts down as long as they have written. i have made the clock i just need the codes for creating a new page with template and to add the info from the user. The user will just write in how long the clock will count. and they will get the link to the clock.

Hope you understand and can help me!

do users need to log in first?

if so you can use their username or database userid to populate a template.

p.s. the link i posted is a good example of how to create a clock from the URL
