I have an idea for a website, but questions as to how to approach idea with 'safety'.

I have an idea, and basically need a coder to code the website. I'm afraid I'm the paranoid type and need some type of legal affirmation that the coder won't 'steal' my idea [even though it is very unlikely].
What are some ways to do this?
    Thank you.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement is the typical way.

    Thanks!
Is there any specific things I'd need to learn in order to go through with an NDA?

    I'm completely new to NDAs

Just keep in mind that the value of the NDA is essentially the value of the company you're dealing with. If the the "company" is one teenager with nothing to lose, it doesn't do you a whole lot of good to have the threat of a lawsuit over him. I suppose you could require him to have a bond or something, but I'd recommend making sure the company is large enough that they wouldn't want to violate the NDA.
