    This can't be done in PHP. You need to use JS/AJAX to issue a timer event and communicate or reload a PHP when the time is complete.
    The best PHP can do otherwise is push a meta refresh header:
    PHP Code:
    header('Refresh:60;url=http://site.com/script.php');
