    Help to create registration form ?

    I have found a lot of php registration form but could not find how I want
    Normal registration form has username option where user can select username as they want until and unless someone has used it but that's not how I want I want user can only select specific username that I have provided is it possible if yes please help me it is for web registration any method accepted.

    I would approach it like this.
    Download and install this free PHP registration/login script:
    http://php-login-script.com/

    Customize it, so that it picks usernames out of another table that you make,
    where it would be a <select> drop-down list of the available usernames.

    I think that would be the easiest.

    If you are building something into WordPress or Joomla, or some other CMS,
    then your approach would be to customize plug-ins instead of a stand-alone script.

    I agree, it would be best to put username field as a list to choose from.

    Ooor, you can just leave the username field blank for the users to input the name of their choice and check against the database on submit. That would be annoying as hell
    You can write the usernames in html directly beneath the form or create Spry validation field in dreamweaver with OnChange parameter to display the required username next to the textbox when user starts typing...
