    you’re simply not allowed to view this website. if no further coments are given, you can only ask the website’s admin.

    Hi Dormilich,

    I've stored the php files on my system and executing it myself. Even http://localhost/phpinfo.php, is not displaying anything!. I don't know wht may be the problem!!!
    On clicking more info in the error window, its showing as below:
    Code:
    This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.

    For more information about HTTP errors, see Help.

    Please help.

    essentially, the error message speaks for itself. the question would be, have you setup PHP and your webserver properly? (to count that out)

    which webserver are you using locally ? apache/IIS ?
    resistance is...

    MVC is the current buzz in web application architectures. It comes from event-driven desktop application design and doesn't fit into web application design very well. But luckily nobody really knows what MVC means, so we can call our presentation layer separation mechanism MVC and move on. (Rasmus Lerdorf)

    I think i've setup it correctly. I don't know what else is the problem!
    In http.conf file the changes are below:
    Code:
    ServerAdmin xyz@zyz.com
    ServerName <Computername>:80
    ScriptAlias /php/ "c:/php/"
    AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
    Action application/x-httpd-php "/php/php-cgi.exe"
    In PHP.ini file in c:\windows\system32\
    Code:
    include_path = ".;c:\php\includes"
    extension_dir = "C:\PHP\ext"
    extension=php_mysql.dll

    When in doubt make sure all the permissions are correct.
