PHP Download Script that requires a key?

Anyone know of a free download php script or system that does the following:
Lets me upload a file or specify a uploaded file on the webserver
That file downloadable to users but they have to have a key of some sort
(key either unique to their ip or allow only X amount of downloads or allowed to download for X amount of time or something) to prevent users from sharing the download link with others?

Example of what I'm looking for:
    http://www.vibralogix.com/linklokurl/index.php

but a free that doesn't need to have all those features..

If it were me, I would say spending that $30 is well worth the time and effort I would have to put into making my own.

But, depending on what types of files you have, there might be an easy solution?
What type of files, and how large (byte size) are the files?

There is also the possibility to do it via the httpd server itself. This is for Lighttpd, but I believe Apache has a similar feature too.

    The files are about 600MB/piece..
upon searching more something just like http://www.expireurl.com/
would work however for some reason that website does not work for me, no matter what url I put in I get an invalid one.
