display a website within a page smaller scale

    Hello all.

I would like to see if the following is possible.

Is there a script that will allow me to display a website, let's say something like www.cnn.com into a web page. I know I can do this using iframes and such, but what I would really like to do is to display the website at a smaller scale, like 50%-75% of actual size.

Nothing would have to work on the site itself, but I guess it could...

    Thanks.

    You have two options:

    1) You need to have your own server in order
to capture a browser window and create an
image of it on the fly.

    2) You subscribe (pay for) a remote service that
does that for you. Usually by the month, you pay
a fee to render (or screen capture) as many sites
as you wish. Most have an API to use for your
    own website .... example:
    http://www.thumbalizr.com/

mlseim's #1 option can be done quite easily if you have the right scripts.

    This one...

And several others can be found by researching via your favorite search engine.

Try the script, and let us know if you have any errors.

Of course, you must have your own server, or access to one.
