Please, please help w/ login form

I have this really, really complicating, confusing problem. I've asked everywhere for some help,
but I haven't gotten anything useful back.

First off, I have a domain, and I have a server that allows me to create unlimited accounts. I
wanted to start an email system for my users, which I can manually create all the accounts, ect.
I have to make this all on my CPanel, just to let you know. Anyways, I really, really, really
just need a script that can allow my users to LOG IN to their accounts that I have CREATED on my
CPanel. Everywhere I go nobody can help me out, and it is very frustrating. I could probably
manually make a sign up page, but I really need a log in page. Creating their accounts is one
two three, I just don't want to send them a URL to keep going to their mail. I just want to have
a simple login in section for them on my site.

Please, please if you have any suggestions, or any kind of help, it would REALLY be appreciated.
This is very urgent. I can create user@mydomain.com very easily, I just need a log in page for
my users to GET to their accounts. If you have any scripts for sign up pages, or automatic
responce and account creations, it would also be helpful. I just really need a log in script,
or some kind of help to go about doing this. Thank you so much.

When you say "log into their email accounts" one will have to assume that you already have a web based email interface(V-Webmail, SquirrelMail, UeibiMail, etc) in place for them to use. What's wrong with the login form that comes with that?

Ok, its a little confusing. My SERVER allows me to create unlimited accounts. Its based on NeoMail. The only way I login in is through my CPanel and clicking on the account, then I log in from there. They all have seperate URLS to access them, I just don't want my users to keep going to a URL to get to their mail.

NeoMail is just another webmail interface(albeit not a very good one). The address to it is not going to be different for each and every person. All you need to do is go to the URL where the login page is located on the server. So on your server figure out what directory neomail is installed at.

Of course you can always download one of the other webmail interfaces that I mentioned earlier and install and use one of those instead. My host used to use neomail and it sucked. They got rid of it and installed 3 others which we can choose to use or install our own if we don't like those.
