    Question Moodle and PHP, MySQL

    Hey,
    Does anyone know if it is possible to put PHP, MySQL into a moodle course web page? e.g.
    PHP Code:
    <form name "form1" action "inputted_data.php" method "POST" />
    <
    input name "firstname" type "text"/>
    <
    input type "submit" value "Submit" name "submit"/>
    </
    form>
    #MySQL Store input code
    i want to do this so teachers can fill out a form on the site and the values get store in a database, otherwise with out MySQL the data that is inputted is easily lost if someone accendently clicks on the delete button, whereas if its stored in a MySQL Database i can rebuild the form and not loose and data cause it is all stored in the database. Hope this makes sence.
    Thanks
