The import feature in phpMyAdmin is a good place to start.

Ill give you the steps on how to import your record:

    1. goto to your PhpMyAdmin site then create a database..
    2. Click the SQL menu of your database and copy paste your code in the textarea of the SQL menu.
    3. Click go button
    4. And bingo you have now the 700 hundred records in your database, its easy and its fast...

but be sure you have entered it already in localhost server... before you can copy and paste your SQL..or you have to create first in notepad but you can consume more time in that...

    Thanks and Happy Coding Guyz..
