    Blog Help

    I recently started a blog and added my own banner and an advertising banner script. I was wondering if anyone can help me resize the gap between my banner and my blog's link. I can't really explain it through words so I will give you the link to my blog: www.blawgspot.com .. At the top there is "Your Banner Here" ad, then my blog's link, then my own banner. I want the gap between my blog's link and my own banner to be shorten; possibly center the blog link between the banners. The blog software I am using is WordPress. Thanks and I hope you understood me.

    Hi m8,
    This is a html/css issue, not a php issue. However, you'll probably be looking at the margins and / or paddings of your header, pageTitle, pageWrapper, and page classes.
    I'm not a great designer (being colour blind and all), so it would take me some time to actually solve the problem without knowing the page. One of the css guru's can surely help you out though.
    PHP Code:
    header('HTTP/1.1 420 Enhance Your Calm');
    Been gone for a few months, and haven't programmed in that long of a time. Meh, I'll wing it ;)

    Have you tried creating your own blog from scratch?

    Oh, I figured it was php because the files are in .php. No I have never made a blog from scratch and don't really plan too :\

    Does anyone have any idea on how to fix it? I think it has to do with the sizing/padding but what really and where to look and fix. Thanks!

    My above post gives you an idea of where you will probably be looking for your problems, the class names in specific.

    There is a .css file somewhere linked to this site.
    I have downlaoded a copy of it but it's huge so I wont post in here.

    Anyways you need to change data in the CSS file:
    Here is an example of what's inside this .css file:

    Code:
    #container{
    	margin: 0 auto;
    	width: 904px;
    	padding: 10px 0 0;
    }
    If you don't know css then google for css styles or similar.
    Hope this helps you.

    Cheers
    West
