    PHP Unexpected T_STRING?

I cannot figure out why I recieve the Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/c361861/public_html/profileform/profileform.php on line 197 error when loading this page. I've checked several times, and can't find an unended ' or " anywhere in the script. If anyone can help, I would really appriciate it. (There is more to the code, but I am positive that the problem lies here, and the rest of the code is irrelevant.) Line 197 is the bolded line. This is the line that the error points to.

Put a colon after the previous text line:
    PHP Code:
    </center>; // <--
