    database("related" script)

    Ok im not sure which I should use PHP or CGI(php sounds easier not sure though).
    My site has maps for download. What I want to do is have a related maps link on a page. I can use Mysql and already have the database set up.
    using this:

    $dbh = DBI->connect("DBI:mysql:adamswo_cat:localhost","adamswo_cat","<PASSWORD HERE>");

    I was thinging the link could be something like
    I am looking for three scripts:
    1. a script to set it up with 3 cols
    col 1: map name
    col 2: map type
    col 3: link to map
    2. a script to put all the data into the table
    3. a script to pull all the data with a matching type out and insert it into a
    page with the mapname as a link.
    It doewsnt seem like it would be taht complicated but im new to mysql and only some knowledge of cgi.
