    Without being able to know exactly what form2mail.exe is doing, I can't say why it's not working.

    As a starting point, remove the spaces in the value of the hidden fields.

    i.e., change:
    Code:
    <INPUT TYPE="HIDDEN" NAME="SENDTO" VALUE=" ploucherpainting@aol.com ">
    <INPUT TYPE="HIDDEN" NAME="URL" VALUE=" http://mysite.verizon.net/vzer7uu0/page20.html ">
    To:
    Code:
    <INPUT TYPE="HIDDEN" NAME="SENDTO" VALUE="ploucherpainting@aol.com">
    <INPUT TYPE="HIDDEN" NAME="URL" VALUE="http://mysite.verizon.net/vzer7uu0/page20.html">
    If that doesn't solve the problem, then you'll probably need to contact your host and find out if form2mail.exe generates any log entries that you can see.

    The form works in Firefox for me - until you submit it, then I get an error:

    Code:
    Not Found
    The requested URL /vzer7uu0/Contact.html was not found on this server.
    and my guess is that is because it should be ending up at:
    Code:
    http://mysite.verizon.net/vzer7uu0/Contact.html
    All I can find, other than the .exe set as the action is a hidden form field:
    Code:
    <INPUT TYPE="HIDDEN" NAME="URL" VALUE="http://mysite.verizon.net/vzer7uu0/page20.html">
    That may be wrong/responsible - at a guess.

    Both your contact form and the redirect page come up for me if I load them directly. However, when I submit the form, I receive a 404 error "The requested URL /vzer7uu0/Contact.html was not found on this server."

    This tells me that form2mail.exe is not parsing the form correctly or is not handling the redirect correctly. Have you contacted your host's support people?

    I do see 1 problem with your form code.

    Code:
    <form name="PPmailform2"
    <FORM ACTION="http://wapp.verizon.net/scripts/form2mail.exe" METHOD="POST">
    Take out that first one.
