I forgot to mention that only 5 of us are experienced in search engine making so it'll be quite hard, and constructing such a site would take more than a month for us to develop.

    So in other words...

...I send you ~$1500 and you guarantee you'll accomplish whatever my heart desires? You don't happen to have any bridges for sale too do you?

so you claim to have made sites for about 4 tot 20 million $ but you don't have a companyname, site or don't want to even post references or a portfolio?
If you do have coded $100k sites, then i'd very much like to see some links to them here. It's not like you need to be ashamed for it, right?

Sorry for digging up this thread, but I've noticed an exorbitant amount of posts from you in the work offers and requests forum and decide to research you for myself.

Based on your posts on these forums it is clearly visible that everything you have said in this thread is absolute BS.

    Can't code PHP/MySQL:
    http://www.codingforums.com/showthread.php?t=75091
    http://www.codingforums.com/showthread.php?t=77549

Can't manage a database (or spell):
    http://www.codingforums.com/showthread.php?t=77543

Can't code HTML (honestly you should be using xhtml anyway):
    http://www.codingforums.com/showthread.php?t=77545

You don't even have a top level domain name, or a real website. I want examples of all these hundreds of sites!

    [edit:]
I have a great project that has just never come to fruition. I'm wanting it to be developed using rails please. Essentially what I am after is something a lot like eBay stores. Businesses sign up for a site, they will be allocated a sub domain on the server and using a WYSIWYG interface and tree based template heiracy system visually design how their ecommerce store will look. There will be a common header at the very top to navigate the entire network. I require a search function to search both any given site and the entire network for different products and suggest alternative, similar products at better prices to promote almost perfect competition in this little online shopping economy.

Businesses will pay to sign up for this system, either weekly, monthly or anually.

I would like a dozen pre defined site templates for businesses to choose from to start quickly. And an intuitive interface for managing their inventory including photos and stock numbers. Some sort of digital APN system would also be cool.

$3000, no problem. I'd like to have this done within a month. With rails that shouldn't be a problem at all.

Also must be completely Xhtml CSS based design, no tabular design at all and it must validate Xhtml 1.0 Strict and be completely user accessible, especially for screen readers!
