Help with CSS ..will pay someone to fix!!

I can't get top and bottom frames aligned. I got the css files from someone and don't know how to edit them the pages. It is only off by a few pixels. And I would like a scrollbar to match the bottom frame.

I am willing to pay for your time.

    Thank you

    Hi there,
Don't know if this will help you...

But if you use Firefox and add the Firebug extension (just google this) you may find it useful. Enable it and you can click on a page, a section, and it'll tell you what the html and css code is. You can then do test edits and see the changes - try different things until you fix it.

This was a great way for me to learn ...

Just click on the trouble area...

Goodluck. Perhaps someone else may be of assistance...
