Problem: The company I work for currently creates many electronic documents using Word and Excel. In addition, the forms are not in a consist format. The problem with this is that the forms are not very usable i.e. forms fields are not actual fields as all, but are just underlined text areas. This causes problems when individuals are trying to use the forms.
I am looking to see if there is a way to allow an indivdual to create a form using a web interace kind of like Microsoft Words form wizard. Also, if it would be possible to create the forms in PDF and allow users to type in the fields specified by the forms creator.
I was looking online, but I could not find any information. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
