Arrow Creating a CMS with ColdFusion?

Ok, I'm a newbie at all this ColdFusion lark but I had a thought the other day.

I was thinking, if i had a web page online called index.cfm, is there any way that I could access another page, maybe called cms.cfm with a form on it that would allow me to edit the text/images in index.htm simply by filling out the form?

I'm talking real basic stuff here at the moment, I don't want to get too complex, but does anyone know where I may go about learning how to do this kind of thing?

Also, the index.cfm would probably need a 'login' section in order to get to cms.cfm in the first place. Would this be an easy task? Also, another thing would be the FTP issue...obviously with something like this FTP wouldn't be possible in the normal way would it? If not what would I do?

I basically wanna play the admin role and feel all powerful etc, lol.

Any help would be great if you know of any methods/tutorials etc. Thanks!!
