    help with RewriteRules

    Hello,
I've never done this before and I have looked through several different tutorials but haven't found what I'm trying to do explained in a way that I could understand.

I just want to make it so my dynamic URls go from looking like this:

    http://site.com/data.php?title=a%20m...nd%20isn't

    ...to this:

    http://site.com/a-mind-once-found-just-isnt/

Installing a CMS like wordpress and then setting the "permalinks" would be the best choice.

Well theres a way to do it with mod_rewrite which I would prefer to learn rather then depending on wp. Unfortunately this is my first time messing with around with it and dont know how yet. :P
