    I have the https:// what to do, page not accessed concurrently via http:// but accessed only via secure ??

    This is due to your webserver's configuration. For example, in Apache you have to configure virtualhosts on ports 80 and 443 that point to the same directory. More often than not it's a simple fix if you have a web administration panel like Plesk.
