    Vbulletin database error can't find file but the file is there.

    I keep getting this database error. I tried repairing in phpmyadmin but it tells me can't find file.
    Also the site seems to be working fine.
    Any help would be appreciated..

    Thanks,
    Chris

    phpmyadmin won't help you. This also isn't a problem with the vb from the looks of it.
    If the vbthreadviews.frm is there, than it is likely a permissions issue preventing the iteration of the directory files from whatever using is running the mysql service. If its not there, than you'll probably need to pull from a restore point. So you'll need to hop onto the os and check out the my.ini file, and grab the location for the data directories from there. Find the files in the directory path, and verify that they do exist. If they do, check that the ownership is given to the proper user (system on windows or mysql on nix). If its not there, check a backup to see if its available for restore.
    PHP Code:
    header('HTTP/1.1 420 Enhance Your Calm');
    Been gone for a few months, and haven't programmed in that long of a time. Meh, I'll wing it ;)
