    MySQL web frontend suggestions?

I have a customer table in MySQL I would like my telemarketers to be able to create/edit records from a web browser. It would need to be pretty basic, point and click stuff, but the only thing I've seen is more "studio-like" MySQL frontends..

Can anyone suggest something simple - open source or out of the box - that I can use as a simple web app that allows record creation and editing from a MySQL table?

To me, this would be called FORMS. Just retrieve the db record, display the record in a form, user (telemarketer) can make changes, hit submit to update db.

Was looking for something more GUI-based than coding out the forms...
