Im not sure but look through php.ini or google 'php error 1226 php.ini' and see what comes up. If you dont find anything contact your host maybe they had a limit set up

This is a SQL error, not a PHP one.
Moving from PHP forum to MySQL forum.
The problem is you have now exceeded 75000 questions to your database within an hour (this is host imposed). If you are running an update in a loop over 50K records, this will likely be what pushed this over the edge. I believe that a single query determines a single question, regardless of the number of altered or selected records, so find a way to target the 'like' records to update instead of each record at a time.

use LOAD DATA INFILE to load that many records into your table. you'd be done in significantly less time with less load on your server.
