Email URL to a friend script help, image linked

Hey, all. I want to have a simple mailbox image on my web pages, with text that says "Send to a friend", that works so that when the mailbox image is clicked on it opens up a new message in Outlook, or whatever mail program the user has, with the URL of the page they're sending already in the body of the email.

Most of the scripts I've seen bring up forms to fill out or have text links and not image links for the script. All I want is the URL in a new message and let the user type in whatever email address or addresses they want.

    Thanks in advance!!!

Google is your friend! See e.g.

But no matter what you try you will get inconsistent results attempting to do
this via scripting and a mailto link. Different browsers behave in different ways. Many people don't have email clients installed on the machine they are because the web-based account they have is just fine. Instead, you will do best to form and process it all server-side.

there are some hosting sites where you can do that even with the free page. i know you can do it with freeservers.com
I'm only telling you how I would do it, not how its supposed to be done. ;)
