Is it possible to print label using javascript

    Hi All,

Is it possible or easily to write a utility for printing contents on pre-printed labels using javascript which running on IE6?
It should be a client side utility and don't want to install any software for that purpose, just can be running on IE and print to a 24-pin printer only.

    Hope you can help me!

The javascript print function window.print() will print the current web page when executed. In this example script we will be placing the function on a javascript button that will perform the print operation when the onClick event occurs....
But I assume this is not the right solution for you. You should look(write) for an activeX that does specific printing to the printer. The activeX could be installed on client computer or server.

    On the second thought:
You can create a popup window and print the one, so only needed text is going to be printed. (but if you need to send specal-control caracters to the printer I am not sure how it is going to work)
