    Question Bookmark Question

I noticed that after I installed Yahoo Toolbar on my computer there were Yahoo links added in my favorites list. Is there anyway you can do this using Javascript without the user knowing it, like Yahoo did? I have also heard from my friend this is done by some adult sites too.

I don't mean this because it gives the user the option not to add the bookmark.

    <a href="javascript:window.external.AddFavorite('http://www.yahoo.com', Yahoo!')">Click Here!</a>

    Any help would be appreciated!

It's just a question. I don't plan to use it for bad things. I am just curious.

Methinks Mr Webfux you're up to no good. this is one of a series of questions you've been asking the subjects of which are generally used for nefarious means. i think you know that and you're chancing your luck, hoping that someone less knowledgable and aware will come in and just give you the answer without thinking of your deeper motives. well,

why don't you do us all a favour and do one!!
