    Question I want one button to launch two files in two frames.

    I am looking for a way to hit a button, load the content page in one frame, and add a new menu page in another frame. I am a novice at web design, and feel this should be done easily. I have Dreamweaver and Fireworks if there is a way I can do it there without playing with the code. I appreciate any kind words!

    Please try the followings

    For a link:

    <a href="page1.htm" target="frame1" onclick="parent.frame2.location='page2.htm'">Link</a>

    For a input button:

    <input type="button" name="b1" value="Link" onclick="parent.frame1.location='page1.htm' ; parent.frame2.location='page2.htm'">

    For a button:

    <button onclick="parent.frame1.location='page1.htm' ; parent.frame2.location='page2.htm'">Link</button>
    The silent one.
