To my . js form, I want to add an attachment option, through which users can attach files to their emails.

    How can I do that?

    Unhappy

I know Javascript to be a client side programming, so if u're talking email u need to be talking asp.

You can use the <input type=file> syntax to allow the user to select a file and the form type has to mulitpart. But in terms of the submission of that file you will need ASP Upload or some similar component in some other server side language to upload the user's file to your server and hence proceeed with submission.

    ask in a PHP forum.

btw: it's not a JS form. it's just a plain web form, language independent (or so it should be).
    *keep it simple (TM)
