    JavaScript external file

    I have this java script <script src=http://radio.sportingnews.com/include/headline.js> </script>

    I need to put this into a flash site and have it work properly . I have been told to use xml but I am not quite sure how to get it to work . Any help would be great ...Thanks alot

    you've got crossed wires somewhere. without looking at the JS file, I bet it's a newsfeed which is where the XML reference also comes in. Basically, Flash can't read JS files, so to get your newsfeed to work you'll have to read the equivalent in XML. If that's not available, then you're probably screwed.

    anyway, to be honest, this is not even a JS question. you should have posted it in a Flash forum, since it's about how Flash works, not about how JS deals with Flash.
