    newbie needs help

Newbie here, hi to everybody, this forum looks great

Got something I want to run by you guys. I have a sign company which sells vehicle graphics amongst lots of other stuff also. I am in the process of building a page of my site which is dedicated towards vehicle graphics, you can see it here : http://www.gtgrafix.com/badgedplates/PAGES/test_1.htm As you will see, only graphic designs 1 & 2 work at present as I want to get it right before I proceed filling it up.

From the list/menu, I have images appearing in a layer. What I want to do is show some explanatory text aswell as the image when the item in the list/menu is clicked upon. Can I do this and if so how do I do it.

Please excuse me, I am an expert sign maker, I am not an expert coder so any help you can give will have to be in plain english as I will struggle to understand you fluent coders. Thanks very much

    Welcome here!

First off, when posting a new thread, please use an appropriate title.

Now for your question: you want explanatory text? Where do you want it to show? How much text are you talking about?

I'd imagine it's the same idea as calling the changeProp.. you'd just call a second function to change the explanation text.

Post back and give a bit more specifics..
