    Bring Javascripts backwards and forwards

Hi, this is my very first post in this forum.. I got some help from these threads some time ago but I couldn't find anything on my issue concerned ... Well to start with my website uses a horizontal menu (made with javascript) .. The problem lies on the fact that when I have a different java script I want my menu to stay on top at all times.. I had the same problem with pictures but lucky me when i deleted the "z-index" arguments from the pictures the menu stayed on top.. I don't know if I'm allowed to post urls in this forum , but it may help u to solve my problem...It's http://go.to/djandre
My html and javescript knowledges are very very limited but I managed with some tricks and cheap ways here and there to create something decent IMO...My website will not be shown correctly with opera and netscape and I don't know why nor I want to try to correct it cause I know i have to change lots of things...I guess u have to blaim Bill Gates again cause I did all my previewing with IE...
thnx in advance guyz and galz

    An honest advice:

If you really want to get some constructive help with your problem you better do two things:

1.) Be as descriptive about your problem as possible. That helps those who want to help you to get an idea of where the problem might lie. Your only description is "The problem lies on the fact that when I have a different java script I want my menu to stay on top at all times". Not very elaborate IMHO.

2.) Posting an URL to a page where the problem can be seen is ok, but in your case it's just pointless. Because you have that no-right-click script running. So we can't look at your source and provide any help to you. Duh!

well .. i thought i was quite enough descriptive and i gave u the url to see what the menu looked like.. I uploaded the problematic version at http://neodjandre3.tripod.com/newindex.html
I think it represents exactly what I described
U still can't right click but u can go to view/source to see the source code..

PS: U could easily get the source code of the original page..In fact I found three different ways// the reason for being so damn protective is the growing number of leechers ...

    peace & respect

If you think so, fine. But don't you think that the minimal response you received so far speaks another language?
Besides, your code was cluttered with a lot of javascript functions.

U still can't right click but u can go to view/source to see the source code..

    *sigh*
If you are convinced that getting the source code is so easy anyway, why do you care at all about protecting your code? I know I could always delve through the cached files and extract all code I needed, but why should I do that - it's *you* who wants to get helped, not me. It's just my opinion that if you want help, you better don't lay too much obstacles in the way.

Perhaps this line is the problem's cause:

    Code:
    myScroller1.setzIndex(100);
Looks like setting the z-index for the scroller...
