    Can someone please tell me how I can enable JavaScripting for my visitors browsers?

    You can't. Sorry.

    However, you can provide alternate content for visitors without Javascript by encasing it in <noscript> tags.

    Very few if any of your visitors will arrive with javascript disabled. It's not something you need to worry about too much.

    As Algorithm said, you cannot choose or control whether a visitor has javascript enabled. Use <noscript> tags carefully and it shouldn't matter. Any content which relies on javascript for its position, style or whatever can simply be written using javascript in the first place, so nonscript browsers don't see it at all.

    As for useage ... roughly 10% of internet users have no javascript.
