    Question fade in background script

    to start, im new to web site designing(as in created my first one 4 days ago). i found a script on this site that i want to put in my site, http://javascriptkit.com/script/cut4.shtml , ive tried puting in the code in between the <head> with no results. i would appreciate if someone could help me with where exactly i should put the code so the script works. heres a link to my site if anyone should want to check it out, please be patient as my web server is on a dial up connection for the time being http://gixxersconnection.hopto.org

    Maybe because of your dark background color that's why the fading is not noticeable. Try changing the color combination specified in the BgFade function call.
