How do I delete a Facebook Javascript from my code?

Help! Sorry if this is a newbie question, but here goes.

I just completed building my first website, but I have limited knowledge of website coding, as I used RvSiteBuilder to generate it. Everything works great, but RvSiteBuilder embeds a Facebook cookie into every page that I build (It shows up in my browser cookie blocker), and I am trying to get rid of it for several reasons. First it is slowing my initial website load because it accesses Facebook's servers every time a page loads. Secondly I am not a member of Facebook nor could I care less about Facebook. Thirdly, I really don't want to be adding a privacy policy to my website because of a cookie I didn't even add. I might add that the RvSiteBuilder forums are closed, so here I am.

I tried deleting the script in several files in the public_HTML directory, but when I make a change to my website and re-publish with RvSiteBuilder, it re-enters the javascript into every file again. There is no option in RvSiteBuilder to find this hidden code, as I have looked. Would this be in some kind of executable RvSiteBuilder code that I can't change, or could there be readable file somewhere in the RvSiteBuilder directory? As a last resort could I just remove the javascript executable rather then the calling code to it (If I am saying that correctly), and if so, where would I look for it and what would it be called?

Background information:

1) First, I think this is the offending code, which I found by viewing my web site source code from within a browser:

Code:

<!-- {/literal} →
2) Here are all the places that my web pages are trying to access as shown in Webpagetest:

a)
URL: http://connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js
Host: connect.facebook.net
IP: 23.199.127.139
Location: Akamai

b)
URL: http://static.ak.facebook.com/connec...php?version=28
Host: static.ak.facebook.com
IP: 23.66.230.90
Location: Akamai

c)
URL: https://s-static.ak.facebook.com/con...php?version=28
Host: s-static.ak.facebook.com
IP: 23.199.114.110

I think you will get more help asking in RvSiteBuilder Support Forum than here in CodingForums.

As I mentioned, the RvSiteBuilder forum is closed and not accepting new members, so that is why I am posting here. I suspect that there is a way to bypass and disable this problem by circumventing the code, but I don't know how to do that.

Well, you can search their forums or documentation as guest.

Of course I already did that, and searched using Google, etc., etc., etc.......
