Question Scrolling button help (should be really easy)

    Hi everyone.
i was wondering if you could help me out a little bit on this.
I have little knowledge in web coding and i'm trying to add this scroll button to a website which seems to work perfectly on firefox and on IE too (who cares anyway), but doesn't work on chrome.
You can try it out yourself here: http://www.webestools.com/navigation...avascript.html

On google chrome, when you click on any of the two arrows, it goes always to the top :/

I'm sure this is a beginners question, but can any of you 'fix' the code behind this button so it works on chrome as well?
    Thanks so much in advance!
Hope you can help me out.

    1. What makes you think this should be really easy?
    2. The JavaScript for that application is generated by and hosted on the third-party website and therefore you’d have to contact the creator of that program and notify them of the bug or ask them how to make it work. Hacking this code wouldn’t be anything anyone would like to do around here, I suppose.

Oh ok, since the code has an easy access (http://services.webestools.com/navig...-5107-right.js) i believed it wouldn't be hard to edit it and save it as a new one.

    thanks!
