You can discuss your issues with what and how I do things with my reps. when they contact you in due course as I advised you yesterday.

If anyone thinks I have done anything illegal then they should report me to the police or other appropriate authority and we can settle the matter in a court of law and at the same time I can expose the things that have been said by members that are not true.

No disrespect, but I couldn't care less if you agree with the students or not.

If you disagree with the students you should be talking to them about it and not referring it to me.

a question: can votes of enough users of this forum get someone kicked out for say a month?
if not: can we make it a roole?

I'm afraid it wouldn't matter. This isn't the first incarnation that knightCoder has used in the past.
    PHP Code:
    header('HTTP/1.1 420 Enhance Your Calm');
Been gone for a few months, and haven't programmed in that long of a time. Meh, I'll wing it ;)

    hey knucklehead, knock it off!

if you're going to carry on in ways that others don't like, generally it's best to keep those activities covert. your original behavior might even be a legal/ethical grey area, and we saw some interesting debate at first, ok, whatever, don't do it again or keep it on the down-low via PMs. I don't care, though moderators might, it's their site.

The far bigger problem i see is the viral and disrespectful manner in which you've pushed this thread onto a 2nd page with rationalization, self-justification contrary to external recommendations and guidelines, all the way to implicit threats and sliverback-style chest beating.

take a hard look at yourself and how you carry about. While you might merely get banned here, something far worse will unfold if you carry on like this in your day to day. people care a lot more about others being a jerk than being wrong or right.

there are some interesting technologies available these days to identify users with a host of parameters. Most of us only have access to ~5 internet devices, maybe on here 10 is more likely. At any rate, using IPs, cookies, useragents and GA data, you can actually distinguish a lot more than most folks realize. since this user has existing and known log fingerprints, his access points and devices should be well-known.

sure, there are internet cafes and friend's apartments, but if you take away a man's three best devices, suddenly, it's a LOT more effort to carry on the antics. You can't make it impossible, but you can make it take more effort so that it's outside of the routine. adjusting the effort/reward factor need not be 1000:1 to extinguish a behavior.

also, moving to a social sign-in like google or persona would ameliorate the lax validation procedures employed by the user creation process.

I offer my services on my website and on other websites' advertising. I don't need to keep my services "covert" or via PM's as you suggest.

I'll do things the way I want provided my lawyers say it is legal and not how some unqualified to give me advice member on a forum, like yourself, tells me to.

Members jumping up and down in a forum saying what I am doing is bad, blah blah, blah and doing nothing to try to stop me is creating a facade that pretends to criticise what I do while in reality actually condoning it because they don't do a single thing to try to stop me
If anyone thinks I have done anything illegal then they should report me to the police or other appropriate authority and we can settle the matter in a court of law and at the same time I can expose the things that have been said by members that are not true.

yes and a very useful one is whois.com

Say for example someone wanted to know who you were. They could just plug in your domain name, from your signature link, into the whois lookup page and get the details they want.

Interesting that you say that because I could only think of one person and it appears like I am thinking in the right direction.

In any case, everything has been said in this thread, plus the OP has never responded so I’m gonna close this discussion and the OP is getting an infraction for disobeying the forum rules.
