    undo zoom on reload

If somebody has gone to my website, and zoomed in (which I don't want them to be able to do, but can't seem to block with user-scalable=no),
is there a way to have a page reload at 1.0 device width if the website is reloaded? I notice that when I reload the page, it remembers the zoomed size.
