    Javascript in Adobe Acrobat X

So let me start off as saying the only JScript I've done was in a class for college last year, so I'm looking for some Pro help.

I have a form which I created using a Submit button at the bottom to go paperless. What I need this form to do is write a copy of itself to a file server with a unique name. This is not a web-based form, it's an emailed .pdf. The file server is just that... plain jane. I've tried to come up with code, but to be honest, I suck at creating JScript, but I'm good at modifying it. Trial and error right!?

So if someone can at least point me in the right direction in how to get started with copying this form and pasting it to a server with a unique name I'd greatly appreciate it!

Can anyone help with this? Not one reply leads me to believe there's limited experience with doing this in Acrobat...

You are so right. Why not post in the Adobe Acrobat forum?

All advice is supplied packaged by intellectual weight, and not by volume. Contents may settle slightly in transit.

All the code given in this post has been tested and is intended to address the question asked.
Unless stated otherwise it is not just a demonstration.

Well, it's more of a Javascript issue, not so much an Adobe problem. Am posting on their forums also. I need to insert the .js INTO the form, which is the easy part. The part I don't get is the .js stuff.. Well, maybe it's a combination of the two.. The .js needs to:

Upon Submit - copy .pdf itself to a file server with a unique name.

    Thanks
